Meet Tone

Tone Bell, 2011 NBC Stand Up for Diversity WINNER (www.standupnbc.com), was raised in Decatur, GA. Tone attended Savannah State University to acquire a degree in TV/Film, minoring in Theater. While there starred in countless theater productions, and wrote, produced and hosted the school’s first and only (local) Daily Show style series: “Tonee’s Tiger Show.” Since college TB has moved about the country, spending most of his time in Dallas where his standup career was born and recently voted one of the Funniest Comics in Texas; as well as being invited to the 2012 Charleston & Bridgetown Comedy Festivals. Tone recently returned from being highlighted at the 2012 NACA Kick-off Showcase, along with slanging a few jokes during the NBC Universal Showcase. You may have also seen him as “B” in Miller Lite’s 30sec – Man Card Spot.

Comedically, he sets a new tone to sweating the small things in his life and provides a vehicle for any audience member to take advantage and enjoy the ride. He now lives in Los Angeles you can see Tone at The Laugh Factory, Comedy Store, Flappers in Burbank, or still catch him monthly at the Addison Improv (Texas) for “TB presents: What Women Want.”
